For leadership, executive board and board of directors

Strategy and Positioning

The stage: your organisation itself. But the yardstick stands outside. Only once it is clear where, in your customers' eyes, you are unique and relevant does a position hold.

Four offerings

Positioning means filtering out of the abundance the one thing that — in your customers' eyes — makes you distinct and relevant.

01

Developing your position

Why are you on the market — and where, in your customers' eyes, are you unique?

Positioning means filtering: in which dimensions are you better or unique in your customers' eyes? In which fields of perception that matter to them do you have a real competitive edge? The core element you filter out is your position — and it is developed with you, not about you.

In the endA positioning paper, two pages, in your own words. Includes work on mission and values.

02

Communication strategy

The strategy is in place. Only nobody knows who tells whom what, and when.

Patchy individual measures, contradictory messages, uncoordinated channels — the result is confusion instead of trust, among your own people as much as among your customers.

In the endA strategy that is carried, because it was written together. Includes internal communication.

03

Taking stock

What you say about yourselves and what actually arrives are two different things.

I measure the distance. On behalf of executive boards and boards of directors, I look at what you have: organisation, processes, strategies, concepts. And where a project is pending, I assess the scenarios before it ties up resources.

In the endA finding on the table. The finding is the next conversation.

04

Strategic accompaniment

Restructurings announce themselves. Crises do not.

The ongoing form: regularly, over months, at your side. For mergers, changes in leadership, new strategies — and for everything that comes up in between.

In the endA connection that does not break off during the rebuilding.

Across all three areas

This belongs to it as well

01

Enabling your own specialists

Together with your key people, we work out what they then pass on themselves — so that lived knowledge stays in the house instead of ending with the workshop.

Ten people were there. Two hundred are meant to feel the change first-hand.

02

Keynote and expert talk

For conferences, staff events or customer events: an impulse from outside that does not lecture but sets things in motion — and that people are still discussing at the buffet.

Sixty minutes that open a question rather than close one.

03

Learning and development journey

One or several days in which your team works on its own communication: switching roles, playing through difficult situations, wrestling with it together — or singing!

Out of the office. You come back with something that changes everyday work.

Process

How we work together

Systematic. Scientifically grounded. In four phases.

Measures from the gut do not exist here. I advise on the basis of current communication science — and I work with you, not over you.

01

Analysis

We look together at where things stand. Stakeholder and peer talks, evaluation of the conversations, concrete recommendations. Together we put the right project team in place.

02

Conception

Workshops, short or extended. Together you draft strategies, find ideas, develop schedules, calculate budgets. In the end it is your concept. I inspire and accompany.

03

Implementation

Concepts want to be implemented — by you. We check the resources and set realistic goals; I support your specialists. For production, design and technology I bring in specialists who do it better than I do.

04

Effect

After six weeks and after six months we look again. The same questions, three curves. Because Lorenz is right: applied is still a long way from retained. What is promised is the measurement — never the effect. That one is yours.

Strengthening your people

Use the power of your own teams

The communication spark can only be lit from within.

Effective strategies come from committed teams, not from consultants. I inspire, accompany, facilitate and coach. So that your employees become communication strategists themselves.
