Storytelling and Presence

The stage: your customers, your audience. The position becomes a story that takes people along — credible, memorable, strong enough to change something.

Four offerings

No slogans. Stories that are taken up, that stick and that move something in the other person — with customers and staff alike.

01

Core messages

Not what you say — what lands and stays.

A credible story takes customers and staff along on a journey. Not a slogan, but the narrative of your organisation — one that is taken up, remembered and changes something in the other person.

In the endThe sentences that apply from tomorrow. Written by the people who have to say them.

02

Storytelling

An annual report nobody reads is expensive.

A story that gets passed on is free. I work on making your cause tellable — in the annual report, in the job advert, in the conversation with donors.

In the endA story someone passes on who is not paid to do it. Includes employer brand and annual report.

03

Public appearance and crisis

In a crisis, leaders belong on stage.

In front of the camera, in front of the room, in front of the journalist with the uncomfortable question. I prepare and train you — drawing on several Olympic delegations and on healthcare projects where it got serious.

In the endYou can hold your ground. Trained, not hoped for. Includes media training, speeches and the crisis appearance.

04

Conversations with customers

In personal contact it is decided what your strategy is worth.

In the consulting room, on the phone, at the desk — that is where your organisation actually happens for people. And that is usually where nobody was prepared for it.

In the endConversation guidelines that hold up tomorrow morning.

Across all three areas

This belongs to it as well

01

Enabling your own specialists

I teach your key people what they then pass on themselves — so that lived knowledge stays in the house instead of ending with the workshop.

Ten people were there. Two hundred are meant to notice.

02

Keynote and expert talk

For conferences, staff events or customer events: an impulse from outside that does not lecture but sets things in motion — and that people are still discussing at the buffet.

Sixty minutes that open a question rather than close one.

03

Learning and development journey

One or several days in which your team works on its own communication: switching roles, playing through difficult situations, wrestling with it together — or singing!

Out of the office. You come back with something that changes everyday work.

Process

How we work together

Systematic. Scientifically grounded. In four phases.

Measures from the gut do not exist here. I advise on the basis of current communication science — and I work with you, not over you.

01

Analysis

We look together at where things stand. Stakeholder and peer talks, evaluation of the conversations, concrete recommendations. Together we put the right project team in place.

02

Conception

Workshops, short or extended. Together you draft strategies, find ideas, develop schedules, calculate budgets. In the end it is your concept. I inspire and accompany.

03

Implementation

Concepts want to be implemented — by you. We check the resources and set realistic goals; I support your specialists. For production, design and technology I bring in specialists who do it better than I do.

04

Effect

After six weeks and after six months we look again. The same questions, three curves. Because Lorenz is right: applied is still a long way from retained. What is promised is the measurement — never the effect. That one is yours.

Strengthening your people

Use the power of your own teams

The communication spark can only be lit from within.

Effective strategies come from committed teams, not from consultants. I inspire, accompany, facilitate and coach. So that your employees become communication strategists themselves.
