Data protection

We cannot guarantee the security of data transmission over the internet; in particular, data sent by email may be accessed by third parties.

If you use the contact form, you send us your name, email address, telephone number, subject and message. These details are sent to viceversa as an email. They are not stored on the web server and are not passed on to third parties. We use them solely to answer your enquiry.

Registration for courses and workshops. Unlike the contact form, course registration stores details: of the person registering, name, company, address, e-mail address, telephone number and remarks; of each participant, name, e-mail address, telephone number and language of correspondence. They are kept in viceversa's back office (viceversa-projects.ch), not on this website. viceversa uses them to run the course, to send confirmations, invitations and reminders, to issue the invoice and to keep the waiting list — for nothing else. They are not passed on; the provider of the servers running the website, back office and e-mail processes them only technically on viceversa's behalf, with the usual logs. A copy of each registration goes to viceversa by e-mail and remains in the mailbox until it is deleted there. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the statutory period of ten years (Art. 958f CO); all other details in the back office are deleted automatically 24 months after the course. Anyone registering other people informs them of this. Access, correction or deletion: an e-mail to hello@viceversa.swiss is enough.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or statistics services. The typeface, too, is held on our own server — no data is transmitted to third parties.

We hereby expressly object to the use of the contact details published in this imprint by third parties for advertising purposes. In the event of unsolicited advertising or information material being sent, the operator expressly reserves the right to take legal action.

Should individual provisions or wordings of this disclaimer be or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected in their content and validity.
